Dave was on time, friendly, professional and ready to PM our overhead doors. After he worked on the doors they are quieter, smoother and ready to go until the the next PM. We asked him to work on a large door they did not install but was due for maintenance. He worked his magic and it too is functioning much better. I trust and respect the folks at N.E.
