They were great for me. My 16 year old system shorted out unexpectedly. I requested an appointment online and received a call back in almost no time after. David was the gentleman that arrived next day and looked over the system, explained what my different options were. He was never pushy and answered any question I gave him. He tried to bring the old unit back to life, but it likely suffered an electrical surge that just finally killed it.

The bill was just over $1,000. He could tell our garage door also had never had any servicing and gave it a thorough cleaning and adjusting. The new system is much quieter and everything works much better than it had previously. I also later added a single inexpensive surge protector to the outlet where the garage door plugs in (from David’s suggestion).

I’m very pleased with the system and the service. I will utilize them in the future for regular servicing when needed.
