I was told that Sean, the repair person, would call me when he was on his way to our house. Sean called to advise that he would arrive in 15 minutes. He was able to make the necessary repairs while he was on-site. We could not have had a more positive experience. We will definitely use New England Overhead Doors for future repairs to our garage doors.
